Ordering Process

1. Cart
Select the items that you want to purchase by clicking the "add to cart" button. Your selection will now be placed in the cart. By clicking the cart symbol you get to your cart. Here you can edit the items, e.g. increase/decrease the number of items, delete items. You will get to the next step of the ordering process by clicking on "order now".

2. Customer Account
If you have already created a customer account, please log in by entering your e-mail address and your password. New customers please click "register" in order to create a new customer account.

3. Billing & Delivery Address
Once logged into your account, you can specify the billing address and, if necessary, a different delivery address. By clicking "next step" you get to the payment methods.

4. Payment Methods
Please select the desired payment method (bank wire, PayPal) and specify your data accordingly. By clicking "next step" you get to an overview of your order.

5. Review & Submit Your Order
In this step you see an overview of your order: selected item(s), billing and delivery address as well as shipping and payment method.

Please check the accuracy of these details, thoroughly read our general terms and conditions and our privacy policy. You can only submit your order if you agree to our terms and conditions and our privacy policy (please check the box accordingly).

By clicking "submit order" the customer is submitting a legally binding offer. You will now receive an automated e-mail that informs you about the reception of your order (order reception). This order reception does, however, not constitute a legally binding acceptance of your order. A binding contract shall only become effective with written confirmation by Galeria Bavaria that you will also receive via e-mail.
